A pregnant woman can come to any class at Land of Yoga.

All classes are organised to suit the people there at the time,
and it is not a problem to include a pregnant woman's needs.

My belief is that the main focus for a pregnant woman
aught to be upon two main things:
Generating Bloodflow, and Relaxing.

There are endless possibilities for poses and practices
that can accomplish this aim.

Also, many of the poses that suit a pregnant woman
are particularly useful for every other human,
whether pregnant or not.

During Pregnancy is really the time to do Yoga.
It is the perfect health practice.

There are many wonderful benefits for pregnancy,
for the Hormonal, Immune, Reproductive, Cardiac,
Respiratory, Lymphatic, Nervous, and Muscular, Systems.

It is very beneficial to move blood around the body,
in a gentle and relaxed way, to enhance the oxygenising of cells,
clearing of fluids, and the distribution of food and hormones.

It is also Highly Beneficial to relax deeply and be meditative
in a calm and healthy environment, looking after your body.
