WHITE
LIGHT ESSENCES
I’ve been doing the full course of
these over the last 8 months,
and it has been an amazing
personal experience.
Made by Ian White - who created
the
Australian Bush Flower Essences -
these essences are his most strong
and effective yet.
Taken in drop-form, morning and
night for approx. 3 weeks,
the best way to describe the
effects is that each essence
integrates into the body’s cells
and unlocks energy
not flowing, relative to each
particular essence.
A gradual shift in Consciousness
can be expected.
The essences are extracted from
remote and sacred places
around the world, and each one has a particular
quality and movement.
They are best taken in order:
Water, Earth, Fire, Air, Higher
Self, Devic, and Angelic.
Interspersed with these I also had
the Antarctica Essence,
and the Boab Essence
(A Bush
Flower Essence that relates to ancestral patterns).
My experience was simple:
I saw a sewing up of the
gaps/seams in my consciousness.
Many obvious events, themes, and
movements occurred
in my life that really cleared
some stuff.
It has been fascinating, subtle,
and highly effective.
I would recommend them to anyone.
NOW I AM MAKING THEM MYSELF,
SO IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED, PLEASE
ASK ME.
THEY COST $15 EACH.

TOPIC
OF THE WEEK
YOGA/UNION vs.
SEPARATION/DISCONNECTION
Yoga as a word means Union.
This can of course be interpreted
in many ways.
And yet one common trapfall with
Yoga
is that as people become more
meditative,
they actually retreat inwards and
find themselves
removed from the flow of life
around them.
As an observer, it is very easy to
notice not only the breath,
but also thoughts, behaviour,
patterns, and flows.
And it is easy to become very
objective about life.
While most classical Yoga texts
assure us
that all of life is an illusion,
many people can confuse this
and get lost inside a withdrawal
from Reality.
While in some respects this is a
vital stage of awareness,
it is not the final one, nor the
most connected.
For those experiencing personal
changes
as a result of regular Yoga
practise,
a good idea is to ask your family.
They will always be able to tell
what you have become.
At this point, Listening might be
a good idea!
As a Yoga teacher I would hope
most of all
that people are bringing Yoga (Union) back to their homes.
Then I can be confident that it is
working well.
Separation and Disconnection are
the opposites of Love.

MANTRA
Thank you to Mr.X, who requested
the following:
Dear
Doctor Qu’ac,
what are
Mantras and their effects?
Doctor
Qu’ac says:
Mantra practise is one of the most
effective and deep
of all the Yoga practises. (Word:
One Mantram, Two Mantra)
Given that Western Science now
agrees all of existence is Vibratory
(everything is made up of atoms
and molecules vibrating),
the concept of Mantra can be more
easily understood.
Sanskrit is essentially a
Vibration language,
much different to English or French.
By nature of the consonents
and attached vowels,
it will always sound rhythmic.
The Mantra were specific, pure,
coded, and powerful.
Arranged by Yogis - masters of
mind and energy -
the idea is to repeat the mantra
until the conscious
and unconscious minds blend. Eventually one’s surroundings
(exemplified as Consciousness itself),
will start
to gather, move, manifest,
resolve, harness, and trigger, as energy.
A person who is very aware can
clearly see the results.
OM is the 1st letter, 1st
sound, and most important Yoga mantram.
Apparently it is the constant
sound of Consciousness Vibrating.
There are 3 ways to chant Mantra:
verbal, whispering, or thinking.
Silent repetition (mental) brings
the most effects.

YOGA
NIDRA
This is a wonderful Deep
relaxation practise,
used often with children and
pregnant women,
and especially good for Insomnnia
and Stress.
Best done lying down, the usual
thing is to run the mind
through every part of the body,
relaxing it bit by bit,
and then - now that a more
hypnotic state has arrived,
somewhere around the Theta/Delta
Sleep Wave point -
trance-like symbols and dreams are
described,
as the mind starts to open and let
go of past tensions.
These are guided meditations,
perfectly done after Poses.
