these massages are quite strong and deep.
The aim is to get in and locate deep core tension, and to release it.
Very often counselling will be involved,
talking about the reasons for the tension,
and ways to resolve that in one's life.
Toby has great training in counselling, behavioural psychology,
energetic healing, psycho-somatic illness...
No-one is required to talk - it's just available there
as an option - as a therapy.
